Repositioning Your Company For Increased Sales
The entire company must support the sales effort, especially in today's dramatically changing economy. Even if your company has an established foothold and position in the marketplace, it is important to periodically reassess product and service offerings to verify alignment with corporate goals and strategies.
This workshop opens with a situation analysis, leading participants through various exercises to verbalize corporate successes and weaknesses, take stock of customers and competitors, and understand how corporate values affect brand and position. Participants will develop a brand value pyramid, positioning statement, and organizational impact chart to assess how well marketing and sales tools support corporate goals and the sales effort.
Revitalizing Sales Through Effective Use Of Marketing Tools
What does it take to generate the revenue you require? Who is your best target customer? How do you connect with them? Every company needs to understand where their company and products, or services, are in their life cycle. This will determine how much investment is required to successfully market and sell.
This workshop steps participants through their own sales cycle to understand where the breakdowns might be, and explain the impact of targeted marketing programs and tactics. Participants will develop a tactics grid to understand the resources needed to achieve their targeted revenue goals. They will also create a client profile, assigning a real-life personality to their best customer, in order to more effectively communicate and target their message, assess their current tools and leave with a roadmap.
